R(2)= 15 ohm

R(3) = 20 ohm

V(2) = 3v

I = V/R

=3/15 = 0.2A

Since current in series circuit across each resistor remains same,

I = 0.2

Now,

R(1) = 10ohm

I = 0.2 A

V = I R

= 0.2(10) = 2 v.

Hence, current across circuit is 0.2 A and potential drop across 10 ohm resistor is 2v
