INGESTION IN PARAMECIUM:
Paramecium has cilia which beat forth the water making the microscopic organisms move . By beating the cilia it helps the paramecium to move making it consume its food in water it may be yeast , algae etc........the food enters through the oral groove cilia help the food to enter into the oral groove
this process is technically termed as endocytosis    ....endo-inside,cytosis-cell
EGESTION ION PARAMECIUM:
the vacuole contains all the nutrients when the nutrients are totally absorbed by the movement of the vacuole in the paramecium by the cytoplasm it reaches the anal pore the waste material in the vacuole is discharged out
it is technically termed as exocytosis.....exo-outside,cytosis-cell
HOPE IT HELPS!!
HAVE A NYC DAY!!
