A bill is just a draft to the Act of the parliament. Without getting discussed by the parliament members the bill won’t get the amendment.

The process of a bill to become an Act of Parliament will go by this way

It have to cross the Introduction or First reading. Here the bill get introduced to a house.

After passing the first reading, it will go for the second reading.

After crossing the second, the bill will meet the committee stage where the bill get examined for more details by a group of appointed executives.

After crossing the committee stage the bill will be taken for the third reading where the bill will be examined with discussions on the committees decisions.

After it get passed the third reading, it will go for another three readings in the second house of members.

If the bill gets approved by both the houses the bill will reach the hands of governor where it get signed and converted into an Act with a seal on it.
