Explanation:

1. tap water is is near to neutral. if you are in class 9 then you should go for neutral ph but due to minerals in tap water it may have ph-- 6.5 to 8.5.

2.common salt solution that is nacl is for sure a neutral ph salt. as it is formed by reaction between a strong acid and strong base which is called neutralisation reaction.

3. soap solution is basic as you might have tasted by mistake it is bitter.

4. turmeric powder is itself never classified under as acid or base. it is an indicator for acids and bases.

5. hibiscus similarly has pigments used as an indicator.
