normality means no of mole of solute per unit solvent .
e.g Normality = no of mole /mass of solvent in kg
also Normality = n - factor x molarity
we know ,
oxalic acid { C2H2O4} n- factor =2

so,
molarity = Normality /n-factor
=1/10 x 2 = 0.05 M
molarity means no of mole of solute per unit volume of solution.
hence ,
0.05 M = no of mole / volume of sln (in litre )

0.05 = mass of solute /molar wt x volume of sln (litre )
0.05 x {molar wt of C2H2O4} = strength in gram/litre

0.05 x 90 = strength

strength = 4.5 gram /litre
