any childhood elements are out of control of an individual as that is the age of their innocence in which their mental and emotional health is not that mature to take up control of such factors.
howsoever this should be taken care by the parent or guardian to take the responsibility and fulfill all the elements of their children 's childhood and be morally there for them whenever needed!
