Tooth enamel is one of the hardest substances in our body. Ilow does it undergo
damage due to eating of chocolates & sweets? What should we do to prevent it?

Tooth enamel is made of calcium phosphate, a3(PO4)2 . It does not dissolve in water, but is corrode when the pH in the mouth is below 5.5. Sugar present in chocolates and sweets gets broken by bacteria present in the mouth to acids.
