Loona bimbertin was Mrs. Packletide's arch rival. The recent news of Loona being flown 11 miles with an Algerian aviator had made Mrs. Packletide jealous. In order to make Loona feel the same, she decided to hunt a tiger and hold a luncheon in her name. She also decided to give Loona a tiger claw brooch as a gift..
