Initial velocity of train = u = 0 m/s

Final velocity of the train = v = 21 m/s

Time = t = 1 minute = 60 second

Acceleration = a = ?

We know,

a = (v - u)/t

=> a = (21 - 0)/60

=> a = 21/60

=> a = 7/20 = 0.35 m/s²

aditya7351: u=0 hoga na plz explain
AlexaRousey: because the train is starting from rest
AlexaRousey: that's why u = 0 m/s

Answer:

As we know,

acceleration = (Final velocity - Initial Velocity)/Time taken

So here,

1 min =60 seconds

Acceleration = (21-0)/60.

= 21/60

=7/20 m/s^2
