Since the triangles are similar
AB/DE = BC/EF
5/8.5 = 10/EF
EF = 8.5 x 10/5
EF = 17cm
SIMILARLY
AB/DE = AC/DF
5/8.5 = 12/DF
DF = 8.5 x 12 / 5
DF = 1.7 x 12
DF = 20.4cm
