 \large{ \underline\textbf{Answer - }}

 \frac{220 \: \times \: 5 }{1000} \bf \: kwh \\ \\ \frac{ \cancel{1100}}{ \cancel{100}} = 11 \bf \: kWh

Energy consumed in 10 days 10 \: \times \: 11{ \bf{ \: KWh}} \: = 110 \: \bf kWh \: or \: units

 \mathsf{Rs. \: 3.50 \: per \: volt} \\ \mathsf{Rs. \: 110 \: \times \: 3.50 \: = \red{\: 38.50 \: Rupees}}

So, 2) is the correct option.

 \frac{220 \times 5}{1000}

kwh

 \frac{1100}{100}  = 11kwh

Energy consumed in 10 days

11×10 kwh = 110 kwh /unit

Rs 3.5 rs /v

110×3.5 = 38.5

Option 2 is Correct
