ABCD is a parallelogram and diagonal divide it into two equal parts

Area of tri. ABC =area of tri. ADC

In triangle ABC

s = a + b + c÷2 = 10+12+16÷2. =19

by heron's formula

area of triangle ABC = 59.92

Area of parallelogram ABCD = area of tri.(ABC + ADC)

= 59.92+ 59.92

= 119.84
