Let bananas be denoted as x and guava as y.

2x + y=7...(1)

Atq,

3x + 2 y = 12...(2)

multiplying equation 1 by 2

4 x + 2 y = 14...(3)

subtracting

eq 3 by 2

3x+ 2y =12

4 x+ 2 y =14

x = 2

putting value of x in eq 1

4+ y = 7

y =3
