consider radius of large circle as 'R' and smaller circle as 'r'.
R=8cm r=6cm
given circles are touching externally
by property of touching circle
Distance between centres of two circle
= R + r
=8+6
=14cm.

The two circle touch externally
r1 =8cm r2=6cm
8+6 -------- to find distance between externally circle we have to add both radius

ans=14 cm
