Answer: Let first angle be x

Let second angle be y

A.T.Q:

x+y=90------------(i)

x-y=50------------(ii)

From (i) x=90-y-----------(iii) and put in (ii)

90-y-y=50

-2y=50-90

2y=40

y=20-------------(iv)

Put (iv) in (iii)

x=90-20

x=70

Answer:

Measure of the angles of the triangle are 70,20,90

Step-by-step explanation:

Complementary, means that two angles will add up to 90°.

let x be one angle &

y be the second angle

x+y =90 ........complementary angles

x-y=50........given

__________

2x=140

x=70.

70+y=90

y=90-70

y=20.

since it is a triangle

therefore

70 +20 +z = 180

90 +z=180

z=180-90

therefore

z = 90
