I) 1/2

II) 1/6

Total number of 2 digit numbers which can made using the digits 3, 5, 6 and 8 without repetition = 4 × 3

= 12

Case 1 - two digit number is odd

Such two digit numbers are possible if the ten's place digit is odd (3 or 5) and the one's place can have any of the remaining digit.

Total numbers possible = 2 × 3

= 6

Probability = No. of favourable outcomes / Total outcomes

= 6/12

= 1/2

Case 2- the no. is divisible by 9

Only two such numbers can be formed - 36 and 63.

Probability = 2/12

= 1/6
