magnitude of both forces = p

angle between them = 60°

resultaat = 43.3 N

43.3 =  \sqrt{ {p}^{2} +  {p}^{2} + 2p \times p \times  \cos(60)   }  \\  \\ 43.3 =  \sqrt{ 2{p}^{2} +  2{p}^{2}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  }

43.3 =  \sqrt{3 {p}^{2}    }  \\  \\ 3 {p}^{2}  =  {43.3}^{2}

p =  \sqrt{ \frac{ {43.3}^{2} }{3} }  = 25

Magnitude of force is 25N
