Let the one of the two equal sides of an isosceles triangle be x and the third side be y, then ;
According to the question :

x = 3y+2
2x = 6y+4

Perimeter = x+x+y
2x+y = 67
2x = 67-y

6y+4 = 67-y
6y+y = 67-4
7y = 63
y = 9

x = 3y+2
x = (3×9)+2
x = 27+2
x = 29
