Answer:

Indian Railways operate 45 trains between Kolkata and Bhubaneshwar. The train route encompases through the cities of Bhadrakh, Kharagpur, Cuttack, Jajpur, and Balasore. The temperature can go to as high as 33°C in Bhubaneshwar during the day with an expectation of a clear sky. Bhubaneshwar derived its name from 'Tribhubaneswar' which literally means 'The Lord of the Three Worlds'.

HWH YPR AC EXP is the fastest train that runs along this route covering a distance of 439 kms in 05 hours and 45 mins. Covering a distance of 455 kms in 10 hours and 15 mins, Koaa Puri SPL is the slowest among all the trains that run along this route.

If one is planning to purchase food from station canteens, board SHM Puri SF EXP and HWH Puri Expres as they halt at Kharagpur Jn for 10 mins. Considering the duration of the journey, boarding HWH Puri EXP from Howrah Jn would be convenient as it reaches Bhubaneshwar at 05:10. GHY TVC Express is the earliest train for this route leaving Howrah Jn at 01:05 while the last train is Gurudev Express that leaves Shalimar at 23:05.
