The nature of charge on Sphere A and Sphere B will be negative and positive respectively.

1) It is given that a positively charged rod is brought near sphere A. Note that it is not touched. This will cause opposite polarity charge (i.e. negative charge) to apprear on the surface of sphere A due to the phenomenon of induction.

2) Next, since both the spheres, A and B are separated, again induced charges (i.e. positive charge) will appear on sphere B.

3) Thus, we can conclude that the nature of charge on Sphere A and Sphere B will be negative and positive respectively.
