Two motors can fill a water tank in 2 hours together.After filling the tank for 1 hour with one motor,the remaining part of tank is filled in 80 minutes with both motors.then find the time taken to fill the tank by each motor individually.

According to question

X/A + X/B = 2 hrs
So
2X /A+B = 2
2X = 2 (A+B)
X = A+B
Also

Y /A = 1
X-Y/A+B = 4/3
X - Y = 4/3 (A+B)
So
(A+B) - A = 4/3 (A+B)
B = 4/3(A+B)
-B/3 = 4/3 A
-B = 4A
