let the first no. = 3x

second no. = 4x

according to question

LCM of 3x and 4x = 180

12x = 180

12x/12 = 180/12 ( divide 12 both side)

x = 15

first no. = 3x

= 3*15

=45

second no. = 4x

= 4*15

= 60

sum = 45+60

= 105
