Let the first number be x
and second be 2x


• If 7 is added in both

$\frac{x + 7}{2x + 7} = \frac{3}{5}$

5x + 35 = 6x + 21

6x - 5x = 35 - 21

x = 14


Smaller number is x :: - 14

Greater number is 2x ::- 2 × 14 = 28
