Of course the object which has more Inertia will reach the ground at first. This is because on high inertial body acts very fast and brings the body on the surface very fast. So the object of mass 2 Kg will reach the ground fast.
As it is also depends on Surface area. It means if a body has higher surface area then it will reach on ground later and one which has less surface area will reach earlier.
