By Newton 3rd law of Motion, v^2 = u^2 +2as
So, v1 ^2 = 0 + 2gh1 .
therefore v1 =√2gh1
Similarly v2 =√2gh2.
so the ratio of momenta = m1v1/m2v2
=(m1 × √2gh1)/(m2 × √2gh2) =(m1√h1)/(m2√h2).
