Two of my digit even but one digit is odd.The sum of my digit is 11. I lie between 256 and 299 ,but I am not 281. what number am I ?

So the only possible even numbers we can have is 6 and 8. Thus the last digit (units place) is odd. This odd number can be any number between 6 and 9, including 7 and 9. Now we test the digits for the sum of 11.
