SUM OF ALL ANGLES OF A PARALLELOGRAM IS 360

THEN THE OTHER TWO ANGLES MUST BE EQUAL

LET THE OTHER TWO SIDES BE 2X

2x + 37 + 37 = 360

2x =     360 - 74

2x     =   286

x=    143

the other two angles are 143
