Let the profit be 100%
Remaining profit which has to divided Acc to ratio of investment is 30%
In ratio 5:7
Let they get 5x and 7x
X=2.5%
Difference is 5%.
Which is equal to 90₹
So total profit Equals to ₹1800(90*20)

let the total profit =x rs
70% of the profit divided equally
means 70*x/100= 7x/10 rs divided equally
so each gets (7x/10)÷2=7x/20 rs
remaining profit is (x-7x/10)=3x/10 is divided in the ratio 50000:70000=5:7
so in this case remaining profit 3x/10 is divided in 5:7
so first gets (3x/10)*(5/12)=5x/40
and second gets =(3x/10)*(7/12)=7x/40
so first partner gets total =(7x+20)+(5x+40)=19x/40 rs
second partner gets (7x/20+7x/40)=21x/40 rs
so by question 21x/40 -19x/40=90
or 2x/40=90
or x=90*20=1800 rs
so total profit is 1800 rs
