Pipe A = 240/16 = 15 Ltr / Hr
Pipe B = 240/12 = 20 Ltr / Hr

So ,
If both pipes open for 2 Hrs at same time,
(A x 2) + (B x 2) - 270 Ltr.
30 + 40 - 270 = 170 Ltr.

So 170 Ltrs of water more required to fill the tank.
