Two planets with rings and give two characteristic of each.

In our solar system, there are three planets with rings.

They are Saturn, Neptune and Uranus.
But, as you (@Nikki57) need two of them so I prefer towards Saturn and Neptune.

So, 
Characteristics of Saturn:

1. Saturn has 62 moons and many smaller moonlets about 150.
2. Saturn 1 year is equal to 29.4 Earth years.
3. Its atmosphere is mostly made up of hydrogen and various other gases like nitrogen and helium.

Characteristics of Neptune:

1. It has 14 moons
2. It takes 164.79 years to complete one revolution.
3. It is made up of hydrogen,  helium and methane gas.
