1/2*a1*(t+1.1)^2 = 1/2*a2*t2
1/2*3.9*(t^2+1.21+2.2t) = 1/2*6.9*t^2
after arranging,we get quadratic in t,
10t^2.2t-15.73+0
after solving,we get,t=2.7(approx)
T=2.7+1.1=3.8sec(approx)
