two resistors of resistances 3 ohm and 6 ohm respectively are connected to a battery of 6 volt so as to have A)minimum resistance B)minimum current. 1)how will you connect resistances at each case 2)calculate the strength of the current in the circuit in both cases

minimum resistence=3

minimum current=1

series

3+6=9ohm

parallel

1/3+1/6=2ohm

1. A

when connected in parallel.

B

when connected in series.

2.

in parallel

1/R' = 1/3+1/6

1/R' = 2+1/6

1/R' = 3/6

R'=6/3

R' = 2 ohm

V=IR

I=V/R

I= 6/2

I=3 A

in series

R= R1+R2

R= 3+6

R= 9ohm

I=V/R

I=6/9

I=0.66A

hope this will help you✌✌
