let one angle be x

another angle be x-50

x+x-50=180

2x=180+50

2x=230

x=115

angle 1= x= 115

angle 2=x-50=115-50=65

Hello!

We know,

Sum of supplementary angles = 180°

Given, two angles differ by 50°

Let one angle be x.

So, other angle = x + 50°

Therefore,

x + x + 50° = 180°

⇒ 2x = 180° - 50° = 130°

⇒ x = 130°/2 = 65°

Therefore,

First angle = x = 65°

Second angle = x + 50° = 65° + 50° = 115°
