Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Two supplementary angles are in the ration 3 : 2.

To Find :-

Those angles.

Solution :-

According to ratio:-

Let the angles be :-

3x , 2x

As they are supplementary then their sum is 180

3x + 2x = 180

5x = 180

x = 180/5

x = 36

→ 3x = 3(36) = 108

2x = 2(36) = 72

∴ 3x = 108 , 2x = 72

Verification :-

3x + 2x = 180

108 + 72 = 180

180 = 180

L.H.S = R.H.S

Know More :-

1) Supplementary angles :-  Sum of two angles should be 180°

2) Complementary angles :- Sum of two angles should be 90°

 \bf \color{navy}Answer:

 \huge\tt \color{red}{108° and \: 72°}

 \bf \color{navy}Step-by-step \: explanation:

Let the measure of two angles be 3x° and 2x°

So sum of two supplementary angles =180°

 \bf3x + 2x = 180°

 \bf 5x = 180°

 \bf \color{red}=> x = 36°

 \bf \color{navy}Required \: angles:

 \bf3x = \color{red} 3  \times 36° = 108°

 \bf2x = \color{red} 2  \times 36°= 72°

 \bf \color{navy}Proof :

 \bf \color{deeppink}{3x+2x=180°}

 \bf \color{deeppink}{108°+72°=180°}

 \bf \color{deeppink}{180°=180°}
