xy/x+y = 15 .....(1)
12(x+y) + 8x = xy
12 x +12 y +8x = 15x + 15y .....[from 1]
5x = 3y
Putting above value in (1):
(5/5) [xy/x+y] = 15
5xy/(5x+5y)
3y.y/(3y + 5y) = 15
3y^2/8y = 15
y/8 = 5
y = 40
So, x = 3y/5 = 3*40/5 = 24
