There are two holes 1)at middle 2) in the bottom
The surface of water at bottom experiences more pressure because it is acted by the force of the water present upwards. Whereas the water present in the middle doesn't experience as much as pressure as that experienced by water at bottom .
pressure is more at bottom surface.
Fluids flow from high pressure to low pressure.
So,the water from bottom rushes out faster than that of the water at middle.
