hii!!

here's ur answer...

=>two wires each of length 80cm are bent into square and rectangle.

therefore perimeter of square=perimeter of rectangle.

given the Length of the rectangle is 22cm

therefore 2(l+b)=80cm

→2(22+b)=80cm

→44+2b=80cm

→2b=80-44

→2b=36

→b=36/2

→b=18

★verification★

perimeter of the rectangle=2(l+b)

=2(22+18)

=2×40

=80cm

hence verified

thus the breadth of the rectangle is 18cm.

now,

perimeter of the square is also 80cm

therefore side×4=80cm

→side=80/4

→side=20cm

★verification★

perimeter of square=side×4

=20×4

=80cm

hence verified

thus the side of the square is 20cm.

AREA OF THE RECTANGLE=L×B

=22×18

=396cm²

AREA OF THE SQUARE=SIDE²

=20×20

=400CM²

area \: of \: square \: is \: more \: by = 400 - 396 \\ \\ = 4 {cm}^{2} \\ \\ hope \: this \: helps \: u....
