second type is weak and afraid of communication ,they don't like to talk too much they only shake their head for answer some questions.

third will be mixture of this both they confident for communication but not for interview . they like to only gossip type communication ,they don't really like to answer their questions,which they don't know.

fourth type can be sincier ones but they can afraid of interviews. but however they managed it , because they won't to do it ,if their ambition is high and they want it in their life.
