I saw a terrible incident on my way home from school. There was a man lying

injured on the side of the road with  very ghastly wound. He was bleeding profusely . I just stood there and did nothing . Due to the intense bleeding, the poor man sadly died. I could have taken him to the hospital nut due to unnecessary formalities ,  I didn't. I felt so bad that I let him die. He was a youthful man. I regret my lack of action and feel he had a lot to live and do before he faced death.
