No if half of the population is dead how is it heaven. Think of the kids, people who die when there is war,killing how can it be ever referred to heaven. With people who are wrong always some people die who are correct.
We cannot make heaven till these rapists,murderes aren't punished. Punish these not the one who have suffered. In today's time people who do bad works move out freely but people who are good they live with fear.
