As onion cell , it has large vacoule and his vacoule pushes the nucleus to a side making it accentric nucleus
On other hand check cells are animal cells . It has small vacoule . Hence , nucleus stay in centre and other organelles around it

Cheek cells are purely animal cells thus they have less or no vacuole that covers its space thus it have its nucleus almost at the centre.
Whereas,
Onion cells being purely plant cell have more and large vacuoles which covers atmost 70-80% of its space therefore its nucleus is shifted towards its cell membrane not at centre.
