There are various parallels in the calculation of the latitude and longitude. However, from the equator the sunrays be perpendicular up to tropic of Capricorn and tropic of cancer.

No other parallels experience the same type of effect when calculated from the equator. On June 21-22 the sunrays form the equator shine down on the tropic of cancer in a perpendicular manner and on the other hand form the September to 21st December the sun rays be perpendicular on the Tropic of caparison.
