FOR SUCH A CONDITION WE CANNOT USE EUCLID'S DIVISION LEMMA OR ALGORITHM

2=1 X 2

7 = 1 X 7

12= 1 X 2 X 3 X 3 X 2 X 2

AND THE HIGHEST COMMON FACTOR OF THESE NUMBERS

IS 1 ONLY

THEN HCF IS 1
