Through the following criteria  the global cluster samples has been selected.

• the post core collapse global clusters has been excluded.
• we chose clusters where surface brightness is available.
• We also chose  clusters where radial velocities  have already been measured.
• All the clusters are then excluded which have less than  35 stellar radial velocities.
