After reading the poem 'My Mother' , we have seen that APJ Abdul Kalam used to sleep on his mother's lap becoz he got relieved from all shorts of pain .He found love, happiness from his mother's lap. In this regard, I don't think that the elders brothers and sisters were envious of the poet the bonding of brothers and sisters were envious of the poet. The bonding of brothers and sisters are very beautiful and childish enmity might be there. According to the poet Kalam was the closest to his mother and also the mother knew that Kalam was having much maturity for the family members
