Answer:

Without applying the values we can prove that, x(y - z) = xy - xz.

The reason being that :

LHS =>

x(y - z) = xy - xz = LHS

RHS = xy - xz

Now we can clearly see that,

LHS = RHS

Thus,

x(y - z) = xy - xz

Hence verified.
