The play ‘Villa for Sale’ was a hilarious comedy because of the twist that comes towards the end.It is the highlight of the play that  contributes largely to the humour present in the story. Gaston, who was initially not at all interested to buy the villa, was able to make huge profit by selling the same and that too before actually buying it himself.
