Here is ur ans..

To change a active voice sentence of future perfect tense to passive voice u have to change the format into..


object+had been + v3+ by+subject ..


For instance..

1) misha had played badminton (active voice)


The passive voice (voice change ) will be- Badminton had been played by Misha.

Example-
