VSTS by default do not support exploratory and load testing.

To use these extensions, you must be connected to Azure DevOps. For Connecting with Azure DevOps, in team explore click connect icon.

Then connect to your project by entering the server name. Then you have to manage server and then add its server URL. When you are connected to Azure DevOps, then you can use exploratory and load testing.
