A person who is disease free is not necessarily healthy. For example, a person without any disease may suffer from mental stress. Thus, though he is disease free, he cannot be called as healthy. Again a if a person prefers to stay alone, away from the society, then he does not have a good social being. Thus, he's not healthy.
